How this works
New Job
Type the customer, the project and the address once. We make the job number for you. If you put in a deposit amount and the date you got it, we count it as collected — you don't answer any extra questions.
Price My Job
Tell us what you'll buy, how long it'll take, and what your time is worth. We pad the hours based on how familiar and how risky the job is, then tell you what to charge.
Your wages vs. profit
Your hourly labor is your paycheck for swinging the hammer. Overhead keeps the truck and insurance going. Profit is what's left after both — that's the money that grows your business.
Estimate
Already filled in from the job and your price. You just write what the work includes, and the preview is ready to show the customer.
Change Orders
Extra work the customer asks for. Only the ones marked Yes get added to the job price.
Payments
Your deposit is already the first invoice. Add a new invoice each time you bill, and mark what's been paid. Invoice numbers happen automatically.
Job Costs
Write down what you spent as you go: date, who you paid, what it was, and how much.
Dashboard & Money
Dashboard is one job. Money is all your jobs together. Both tell you in one sentence where you stand.
Signed-out records stay in this browser. Signed-in records are saved privately to your account. Device records are only copied to an account when you explicitly choose to import them.
